Warranty Policy
All batteries purchased from unitPackPower.net are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty includes repair or replacement of defective batteries due to manufacturing defects or material faults. 
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or external factors such as accidents, water damage, or natural disasters. To avail of the warranty, customers must present a valid purchase receipt.
For warranty service, please contact our customer support team unitpackpower@outlook.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will proceed with the necessary repairs or replacements within a reasonable timeframe.

Warranty is not transferable. Products sold through private sale, auction or unauthorized resellers are not covered.
